a traumatic week

imagine being left by yourself alone for the whole week! that was my traumatic experience last week and i tell you it has left a hole in my heart (hehe, i know i can be overly dramatic).

first, what happened was yaya and my younger bro had to leave for my mommy's place. that was not cool! daddy and mommy left me all alone at home for 12 hours so they could go to work. that was for 3 straight days! i would whine my lonely whine whenever they had to lock the front door :(

then on Friday, i was so excited when mommy and daddy came home early. and when they left they took me with them! taxi ride! yippee!

but what was this? we stopped at the vet and after several minutes of talking with the person in charge, daddy placed me in a row of cages. even when i looked at my parents with my saddest puppy dog eyes, they still left :( oh the horror! daddy mentioned something about a vacation alone with mommy... but how about me? :(

and so i spent 2 whole days and 2 whole nights all alone in my cage even when there were other dogs in the other cages :( i missed my kwik-kwik and my dentas and my milk...

sunday night the parents came and got me! yey! so after playing with them for awhile when we got home, i settled down to sleep. and dreamt they left me alone again :( i was barking in my sleep. daddy thought it was funny. he wouldn't think it was funny if he was left alone too!

but now all is well with the world. yaya and the bro have come back home and the bro is back to teasing me and calling me kakay... how it feels good to be loved!

it's my bark-day tomorrow!

Tomorrow is my third bark-day! Oooooohhhh i'm excited!

Well, Mommy says i need professional grooming. So off to the vet-spa i go. And my gifts may be late but Daddy is bringing them when he gets home on Monday!!!! YIPPPEEE!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT to see my Daddy again! I miss him!

today i'm 2 years old!!!

Today i'm a pretty baby and i'm 2 years old! Mommy and Daddy kept singing happy birthday to me since last night. I won't have a birthday party today. But no, i'm not sad. I'm gonna be celebrating my birthday with Gavin Rian later this month! Ü Ü Ü Anyway i already got my birthday present from my family which was a proper grooming from the vet. Normally Mommy does all the grooming herself but since i'm gonna have a birthday, they decided to splurge and indulge my pretty self to become prettier!

daddy's home!!!

WOWWOWOW!!! Daddy's home! i was so excited when i first saw Daddy again after one month that i peed on myself! ohmyohmyohmy.... that's like a big booboo. But i don't care, i have my daddy HOME!!!!

Then there were goodies that he took out of this huge box. And i got some dingo stix! WOWOWOW!!! yummy yummy yummy! i was just dancing around and sniffing at all the stuff that daddy had brought home!

But just to make sure that i had my Daddy back, i kept on kissing him every 5 minutes or so. Just to make sure he won't sneak out of the house and leave me...

Then when he went upstairs to the bedroom without Mommy, i decided to leave mommy behind and sleep beside Daddy.

adventures of rugby girl

something really embarassing happened last weekend. suffice it is to say that my pretty self got stuck on sticky paper and now mommy calls me rugby girl. i also know that daddy knows all about the incident and when he gets home (SOON!), i will again be the butt of jokes ang teasing... ARGGGHHHH!!!

well i'm back to being pretty again. and i do need to go to the vet this weekend for my check-up, deworming and vitamin shots so i'll be pretty when daddy comes home! WOOHOO!!! can't wait! i miss my daddy and i know he has some treats for me!!!

I don't know why i haven't been able to post this yet, but yup, i'm officially Ate Kikay! Ü Having a younger brother qualifies that i be called an 'ate' or elder sister. I love my younger human brother so much. Mommy and Daddy marvel at how gentle i am with him even when he pulls my hair sometimes *ouch*. And i never bite him compared to how i play with the others when i like nipping at fingers (without hurting, of course). But with Gavin, i just love licking his hands and legs and face... I lick him Good Morning every time he wakes up Ü And Gavin loves me back! I never fail to make him smile even when i'm barking at suspected intruders... hehehe... I can't wait for the time when we can play fetch together altho' i do try playing fetch with him now. Can't wait for my younger brother to grow up!

bath time

Mommy gave me a bath yesterday. I hate baths! But i allow myself to be bathed. After all, i want to be pretty and clean, too.

Mommy found it so funny. See, she got my towel and called me. But she was surprised to find out that i had moved from where i was lying down to somewhere she couldn't easily reach. Hah! How's that for smart? Hehehe... Mommy had no choice but to wait till i had a decent nap, then she had to carry me to the bathroom. Just because i tolerate baths doesn't mean i'd make it easy for her, does it? Anyway i did get my bath and had my hair combed. That felt so good!

I have a vet's appointment this weekend. Hope Mommy and Daddy don't forget!
