Arrival Story:
Nico had a rather rough time of it before he came to us at two years of age. He was a rescue, and had (still has) a lot of temperament and health issues. He's my whole world though. I can't imagine my life without him. So that I never have to be without my boy by my side, I had his likeness tattooed on my shoulder - now he'll always be near me.
Bio:
We don't know a whole lot about Nico's previous life. We know he initially came from a puppy mill, and that his first owner bought him from a petland (barf) in Alberta... but that's really about it.

Just a Note:
Nico is my angel boy, my baby, my sweetie, my love bug, and my little man. He really is my whole world. We adopted Nico in the Summer of 1999, and he's been right by my side ever since. :) He and I have been through some rough patches together, but we always manage to make it out on the other side. This little boy means everything to me, and his smile has a way of brightening any day.

... didn't ever imagine I'd have to write this so soon. I honestly figured I had at least another two or three years with my boy. I don't have the heart to write much just now... It's tearing me up writing anything at all. Nico had a stroke, the next day (May 28th) we helped him to cross the rainbow bridge.
