Our other dog Sadie became very depressed after the loss of her best friend Dixie. We began searching for another dog, and found a litter of cuddly chocolate Lab puppies. Out of that litter, she chose us; it was too hard to pick any one over the others; they were all so cute.
Bio:
Gracie is one of the gentlest, most loving dogs I have ever known. She loves anyone and everyone; she would be a terrible watchdog! She is gentle with our grandchildren, even the smallest ones; and she loves to play with the cats. She's known as the "neighborhood dog"; she likes to visit those unfortunate enough to be dogless, plays with their kids, or just visits quietly with the adults. Her biggest fault is her love of eating, which was the beginning of her weight problem. It's just so hard for anyone to resist her sad, "begging" eyes!
