Arrival Story:
Riggs was an AKC conformation dog whose career came to an end when they discovered an anomoly that meant he could never be bred. We had had him for 9 1/2 months when we discovered that he had hemangiosarcoma. It was in his bone and his left hind leg had to be amputated. He lived another 16 months with this terrible disease. Riggsie is the most special dog we've ever known, and he will be in our hearts forever. Riggsie, we love you.
