Best Tricks:
Roll over; heeling on a bike ride; getting anyone (or any dog) to play - he is a natural recreation therapist! He can open any door by standing up on it and shifting his weight. Sliding glass doors are his specialty, but garage doors work also.

Arrival Story:
Our elderly shephard died and our standard poodle was beside himself with grief. He had never spent a day alone in his entire life, so we got Hondo for a companion for Bruno. They are the best of friends and wonderful companions.

Bio:
Hondo was selected on-line from a breeder in Ohio. We loved his coat (the color of Hondurus mahagony) and hence the name Hondo. His mother was a yellow lab and his father a silver standard poodle.
