I'm Home!!!

I am finally home! My grandma brought me home last night. I finally got to meet my new skin sister. She is soo cute. I haven't gotten to close to her yet, I'm slowly working my way to give her a kiss. Mom and papa were so happy to see me, they gave me lots of kisses and hugs. I missed them too. Mom's feeling better, she's still pretty sore especially at the end of the day after taking care of the baby. Mom's gonna take some pics of me with my new sis and she will post them soon. I'm soo happy to be home!!!

My New Skin Sister Is Here!!!!

Well, I haven't been around much because my new skin sister is here. I heard from mom that she is sooo cute. I'm still staying with my grandpawrents because mom's had a real tough time. My sister Addison was born on July 9th by c-section. Mom went in to have a normal delivery but things changed quickly, she had a fever and her blood pressure went up among other things and the baby's heart rate went up so she had a c-section. The baby eas born healthy and is doing great. They came home from the hospital five days later, mom had been complaining of a pain on her side and they kept telling her it was gas pain. Well after being home for two days in so much pain, papa called the ambulance at 3am and mom went to the hospital again. She ended up having a large hematoma in her abdomen and a very bad infection. She had to have emergency surgery and spent 5 more days in the hospital. She finally came home yesturday, the 20th. She is feeling ok, still in some pain but glad to be home with my sister. She hasn't spent any time with her. I should be home in a few days, I miss mom so much. I just have to be careful not to jump on her belly because she has 3 surgical cuts. Poor mom, what an experience she will never forget! I miss all my pals, hopefully things will be somewhat normal soon.

Mom's belly is getting BIG!

Hey everyfur, my moms belly is getting big! It's getting harder for me to cuddle next to her, her belly is sticking sooo far out...lol. She is 31 weeks now and feeling pretty good. I've been supervising papa painting my new skin-sister's room. I can't wait to meet her. I hope she likes me and she doesn't pull my hair. I will be protecting her from all the visitors who come to the house to see her. They will need my approval first...lol. I'll keep you updated on how mom's doing as she gets closer, baby Addison will be here before we know it...yeahhh!

I'm gonna have a new Skin Sister!!!

Guess what everyfur!!! Mom's gonna have a baby, and it's a Girl!!. I think I'm excited...I just hope she doesn't steal all the attention. Mom is 5 months and feeling really good. Mom thinks I'm gonna get jealous and over protective, I'm gonna have to protect my new sister. She promises that I will still get tons of hugs and kisses!! I can't wait!!!

Tough News

Wow, it's been awhile since mom' s written in my diary. She's been really busy at work lately. She works in a Pediatric office and her boss, a doctor has been diagnosed with stomach cancer. He is in treatment now and we are hoping for a full recovery, but he does have a long road ahead of him. She's been busy rescheduling lots of appointments. She also just found out that a teacher at her high school has commited suicide. He was a great person and our whole community is in shock. It's just been really tough around here with lots of sad news.
Mom says coming home to me and papa everyday puts a smile on her face. She says she is sooo lucky to have us. We are lucky to have her too. Lives can change in a blink of an eye. Please remember to thank God everyday for what we have, because you never know what tomorrow will bring. God Bless my family and all my dogster pals.

New Hair Do!

Mom made me get a new hair do! I love it, I feel so light without all that hair that I had. This this first time in my five years that I ever had short hair. Mom likes my long hair but she figured maybe we would go short this time for the summer. Even the groomer said to her "are you sure?" mom said yes let's try it this time. I'm so glad she did it!

Spring Fever!!

Wow, what a great day it was today. I went to the Tiny Paws Spring Fever dance today and it was soos much fun. It was on a beautiful cruise ship. The best part was that I was there with my pawsomest pal Lord Pippin. We had soo much fun dancing. Some of my other pals were there too...Hollywood, Toby and Laci. What a pawsome day!!

Hi Everyfur!!

I know, it's been awhile since I have written in my diary. My mom just bought a pink hoodie sweater for me, it has not come in yet and I can't wait to try it on. she got me a new pink harness too with my name on it! Am I a spoiled pup or what. I do luv being here with great friends on Dogster. Everyfur is so kind and friendly. Well off to snuggle between mom and papa. Till next time....
