Arrival Story:
Onyx came from a backyard breeder she had been separated from mom at only 3 weeks. Onyx was the runt and was left abandoned at my brother's friend's house. My brother knew these folks weren't really into taking care of a dog so he called me and my boyfriend to come look at her. I had already said no more dogs in my home but my boyfriend fell in love with the little brindle runt. He brought her to his home and his parents freaked when they heard she was a pit. She came to live with me 2 weeks later. Here we are 6 years later full of knowledge about Pit Bulls and loving Onyx like one of our kids.

Bio:
I must add that BF's parents LOVE Onyx now! Onyx's grandma has become quite an advocate for Pit Bulls in her encounters with 'those' that speak negatively of the breed :)
