Arrival Story: sultan came to live with us when he was 5 months old. he was originally bred as a canine companion for independence (cci) dog. he was destine to service a mobility impaired individual. his training was going great, but something just wasn't right about the way he walked. we soon discovered that sultan had severe hip displysia in both hips. he was released from the service dog program as this way of life would have physically been to stressful for him. we loved him so much that we adopted him and he now lives with us. Bio: Sultan has now had both hips replaced and has been released from his surgeon to run and play like every other 3 year old. We love him dearly and are forever grateful to our friends and family who helped us raise the funds needed to pay for Sultan's hips. He's our million dollar dog. I've Been On Dogster Since:
