Arrival Story:
We adopted Max when we moved into our new house so that our current dog would have a buddy to pal around with. Max was 4 months old when he came to live with us.

Bio:
Max is our baby. He has hip dysplasia that was diagnosed when he was only 6 months old. We had to make a tough decision at that time about a course of treatment. Our vet was recommending a surgery that could leave this sweet puppy lame. We stuggled with the decision and after consulting with a specialist we decided on a different course of treatment. Max has been on supplements since he was 6 months old. Right now we are using Syno-flex and he is doing great. Our back yard is a fenced in two acres and Max patrols the boarders every morning and when we go for a walk around the lake he has no problem keeping up with Sasha!
