Arrival Story:
After Lucky passed away, we felt that the house was so empty without a dog. So, we began seaching shelters and any adds put up in the news paper. A while later, we went into this one shelter with a new litter of puppies that just came in. They were lab puppies. The mom was an all black lab, and had 3 puppies. 2 of them looked just like there mom, all black labs. Except fot this one that didn't even look like she belonged. Out of all the puppies in there, we all wanted that one. And after talking to the lady that worked there, she told us she was the most popular dog there, and chances of getting her were slim. There were already about 20 other people ahead of us on "the list". Days later, my mom took us out of school early to go to the shelter. She told us we probably didn't have a chance at the little white one, so we would look into the mom. And to make a long story short, my mom surprised me and my sister with "Kaycee". How we got her, I'll never know. But I really don't care.... she's ours now!
