I was a bad boy

Today I ate my best friend, Crush. He was a turtle who lived in the pond outside. We would play all the time in the summer, when he would come out for walks. Then a couple months ago, he didn't want to play too much so I started chewing on him. My owners got mad at me for that. So when he didn't want to play again, I ate him. As you may have guessed, my owners are mad at me now.

My Birthday's Coming!

My birthday's coming in a little over a week. I'm going to be six years old. I guess I should explain a little bit about myself. I was born on the first week of September in the year 2000. My mommy was a Collie, but I was taken away from her after alot of my brothers and sisters passed away. She hid us from her owner. I never knew my daddy. The lady who rescued me said she thinks my daddy was a Chow. She should know because she rescues lots of Chows and finds them owners. But my veternarian says I'm a Retriever. My current owners think he's right, and one of them thinks they both are right. My only surviving brother got hit by a car on November 24, 2003 when he and I decided to leave the yard while playing. The police just left him on the side of the road and I got stuck in a window well for almost two days. It was the worst week of my life. My sister is out there somewhere, hopefully with a nice family. Now I have a new little brother that my owners got for Christmas in 2003. He wants to play too much. I'd much rather play with the turtle. I want to play with the rabbits, but my owners won't let me. Just because on July 24, 2001 I brought a rabbit's head inside. I cleaned it off first, but they were still mad at me.

My Day

My daddy was working outside today and I got to bark at his friend Dennis. I showed him who was boss. All that barking tired me out, so I got to lay with my daddy while he ate dinner. My mommy was nice and gave me a little extra with my dinner. It's tough being me.
