sleeping in my parents laps and being held. I just wanna be with my people! My mom says she can tell I am going to be a "lap dog" for sure - that should be really fun for her when I'm all grown and huge! Tee hee WOOF!

my green froggy and my stuffed octopus that squeaks.

Favorite Food:
Eukanuba lamb and rice (soaked in a little warm water for now while I am just a baby.) But my mom made me some white rice and Chicken for Easter and I LOVED that!!

Favorite Walk:
right now our backyard since I'm not old enough for all my puppy shots yet.

Best Tricks:
I'm too new for tricks so far... but stay tuned!!

Arrival Story:
My mommy and daddy waited and wanted to get a dog for a long time. (Mommy wanted a Whippet badly but daddy won for now and got a Boxer. Since my parents are not home enough for a Whippet yet -One day we'll add a whippet to our family though once I'm grown and all trained.) They waited for a while and found a breeder in Nevada that was about to have new puppies soon... I was born on Super bowl Sunday. So my mom and dad just got me a few days ago and drove all the way to Las Vegas for me from Orange County. I got to ride in the car the whole way back. Now I am settling into my new home and loving it!

Bio:
I am a "reverse brindle Boxer" from a breeder in Nevada. You can't see my brindle markings too well in my pictures but they are there :O) I am super sweet, calm, smart, and loving. I am new to potty training but am picking it up pretty fast. I like to chew on stuff right now a lot, I think it's sooo fun but my mama doesnt like it. I was supposed to be a show doggy but my parents just want a pampered companion and are not going to show me. But I have lots of relatives that do doggy shows and win! I have a kitty sister at home that loves me already too. (She is a female Bengal.) I have already learned how to get spoiled by my new parents. They take one look at my cute little sad eyes and they are hooked. Hee hee.

I have a name now!

So today is 4/9/07 my mama and daddy have had me for 9 days now and finally gave me a name. After going through about 20+ names they settled on Mia. (Thank you to all my pup pals that sent my mama name ideas!) my mom wanted to name me Mia because I am oh so sweet and girlie. Dad and grandpa wanted to name me Cashious after Cashious Clay the famous Boxer since I am a Boxer dog. (Cashious changed his name to Muhammad Ali now.) But they ended up naming me "Mia Cashious" and call me Mia for short. (Unless I get in trouble, then they call me by my full name- woof woof.)
I am loving my new hone and adjusting just perfect. I am still trying to catch on to the potty training but it's going well so far. My mama says I have already grown so much and I'm getting big fast! Yesterday was my first Easter and mama made me some yummy rice and chicken for dinner. Mmm good! Well that's all for now. Woof Woof. xoxo Mia
