Arrival Story:
I found Minnie on a morning walk with Bud & Clyde..she was roaming the neighborhood dragging her leash..it was the morning after a big storm. I checked the neighborhood but could not find her owner..her paw pads were all chewed up..she followed us home and went straight into the crate she came belonged there..well she did!

Bio:
After different testing for urine leaking, we found out she was born that way ..something is not connected correctly inside.. :) she got diabetes a few years ago and then went partially blind from it...i believe she can see shadows.. she gets 2 shots a day..and eye drops twice a day..she usually reminds me when its time .. shes very very sweet..and well regulated. Now we have kidney failure so we do sub Q fluids at home every few days..I just can't get comfortable with it..I dread it..but she is so so good. only one kidney really works well and the pancreas isn't good either..shes been great since getting fluids regularly.. :) shes a tough girl ****** April 5, 2007 WE LOST MINNIE AT 530AM..SHE WASN'T EATING MUCH OR FEELING WELL SINCE THE WEEKEND...EVERYTHING WRONG JUST CAUGHT UP WITH HER....SHE WAS A STRONG HAPPY GIRL WE WILL MISS HER SO MUCH
