 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: January 3rd 2003
Likes: She loves spending her time with my other pets and me and she loves sleeping on the big feather bed in our house.

Pet-Peeves: She hates being separated from me and she's not too fond of loud noises.

Favorite Toy: Our new dog, "Flurry," is now "Misty"'s favorite toy, and watching them play together is a riot.

Favorite Food: She eats Nutro (dry) dog food and loves to get scraps of the chicken and salmon that I feed to our spoiled, diabetic cat named "Smudge."

Favorite Walk: She loves walking through my downtown area or in a nearby park.

Best Tricks: "Misty"'s best trick is making everyone who meets her smile and giggle.

Arrival Story: I was approached by the Pomeranian Rescue friends who gave me "Tuxedo" and they asked me if I would adopt "Misty" in January 2007. They told me that she was living in New Hampshire with a very wonderful couple of people who had her for two years but found her behavior was getting a little strange for some reason. "Misty" started hiding under a couch a lot because the noise from a nearby airport scared her and it seemed as though she really missed the company of other dogs, around whom she had lived for the first year of her life. Her owners before me were her second set so she had to adjust to not having other dogs around her and she seemed to miss them. I agreed to adopt her but I quickly became good friends with her former owners, so in addition to adopting "Misty" I also made some nice, new friends, too!

Bio: I have taken "Misty" up to New Hampshire on several occasions to visit her former owners because they miss her a lot and I want to keep in touch with them. They are great people! They recently adopted an older, calmer Pomeranian named "Lizzie" and we've all had a blast watching "Misty" react to seeing a new dog in her old home. It's a win-win situation for everyone because active, rambunctious "Misty" can now run around with "Powder,' "Tuxedo," "Smudge," and "Flurry" while her former owners can peacefully enjoy the company of their calm, new, normal dog. It's a great thing for their dog, "Lizzie," too, because she desperately needed a home like theirs. "Misty" is extremely happy here with my dogs and my diabetic cat and she truly makes everyone laugh with her silly, funny antics!! She's a hoot.

Forums Motto: Misty's the NUTTIEST dog in the world!
