Arrival Story:
We looked on www.petfinder.com for Chow Chows and we ended up looking at a couple of dogs from Sacramento, so we ended up getting Prancer. Out of love we drove up 2 hours just to get him on July 4th.
Bio:
Prancer is a very loving, loyal, friendly dog. Even though he is a boy he does not fight like the other mean chows, he would want you to pet him rather than bite you at any time. He usually sleeps most of the day (like a cat), strecthes (like a cat),and nuzzles you (like a cat). Basically it looks like he was raised by a cat. He loves walks but when he sees a cat you know what most dogs do, chase after them. When he would get home he gets really scared of a spray bottle even if it is not the spray to make him smell better. He loves being with the family 24/7 any chance he gets.

Today my owners took me to their Columbus Day bazzar at 9am. It was really fun for me becasue I got to eat all the food that fell on the floor at the barb-q booth. Everybody there wanted to pet me most of the time and later got tired of it so I fell asleep. Later I saw 2 of my pup pals there, Zach and La La and later started prancing all over them. By the time I got home I fell asleep and it was only 8pm.

Today I have been running all around the garage of my loving family, but I also liked staring at the blank TV most of the time. I was also out of breathe for a run around the neighborhood for about 45 minutes. These dogs were barking at me and I started whining becasue I was scared. Then I saw a dead cat but my owner wouldn't let me get near it and I saw another cat and chased after it, but it jumped over a fence and I couldn't get it anymore. Right now I am happy with my family who loves me a lot.
