Weeds, Rain, and my Birthday!

It's been rainy and windy around here, so both of those things have been turning weeds into these brown "creatures" in the middle of the street that I bark at whenever I see them. Makes it really hard for my Dad when he takes Cosmo and I for our walks. I notice anything that is "different" during our walks, even if a neighbor's trash can has been left out in the street, and bark at it. Bring in your trash cans and get those "creatures" off the streets, please.

Mom looked at the calendar and it's going to be my birthday on January 26th! I'll be Fabulous Four! Dad said I'm maturing but Mom says she doesn't think so. It's much more fun to be immature if you ask me!
