My Beloved Hole in the Backyard

The nice big hole I made in the backyard from pulling up the grass is being repaired and I am quite depressed over it. I worked so hard every day to pull the grass up in the same spot and then run off with patches dangling from my mouth. It was so much fun to get Dad and Mom excited and make them chase me. Sometimes they wouldn't chase me and try to distract me but after some months, the hole got bigger anyway. Even the kitties liked laying in it so they're gonna miss it too.

My hole now has grass seeds in it and some sort of barrier around it so I can't get to it. Bummer. I'll just have to find another spot to start a hole and hopefully by the time we get rain it'll get filled up and become a mud puddle! Woohoo! I think that's a great plan. Maybe I can get Cosmo to help me.
