Springtime thoughts

Hi Diary, It's warming up here in Kentucky. I'm liking that a lot. I love to lay in the sunshine. Things have been going great lately. My allergies have all but disappeared. Mom changed my food to Natural Balance and now I don't need to lick my feet. They are also not red anymore. Best of all, I don't have to have a shot. My skin brother is expecting a baby this June. It's Mom's first grandchild and she's very excited. Me and my fur family are excited too. We like to go into the new nursery and smell all that new baby stuff. I'm going to be the baby, whose a boy to be named Jack, best friend. He's going to stay with us while his Mommie and Daddy work. Because of the baby's arrival, we won't get to go to the Westie Unite Meet and Greet this summer. I'm kinda sad about that, but there's always next year. Bye

It's my Bark Day!!!

Well what a day for me. I am 4 years old today!!! I got a gift card from PetSmart in the mailbox. I don't know what I'll get. Since it's my birthday Mom will probably give me something special like a hotdog or something. Pixie and Rowdy won't get a hotdog because it's not their birthdays. Mom says if we have company tonight, which we always do, she'll make me wear a party hat. Man, I'm gonna growl about that. I'm off to nap cause IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!

Meet and Greet

Wow!What a good time we had at the Westie's Unite Meet and Greet held in Charlotte, No. Carolina. Me, Mom and my cousin Kaye drove down on Friday and came back on Sunday. Mom said I was good because I slept the whole trip down there and back. At the dog park Me and Mom played musicial hoops. I lasted six out of ten tries. Mom messed us up because an airplane flew over and she couldn't hear the music stop. LOL The next night we went to a dog bar. That was fun. We ate pizza and some of my friends were in a costume contest. I hate clothes, so Mom didn't make me do it. Anyhow, I did win two ribbons. One for quietest dog and the other for meekest dog. I guess I must have been pretty good to have earned two awards. I even sat still for the group photo. Can't wait until next year 'cause I wanna do it again. I made a lot of friends like: Atti, Morgan, Sparky, Winston, Maggie, Maggie Mae, Layla, Finn, Benny, Riley, Levi, and a bunch more. There were 29 of us there. We took over the motel, but we were all good. Until next time-Jazzy

Mothers Day

Yesterday was Mother's Day and my Mom loved it. Me and the gang here at home could tell something was stirring, because when Mom and Dad got home from church things started happening. First, Dad gave Mom flowers. Then they started setting up the grill and running around like us dogs. A little later on the extended family and their dogs, our cousins, started arriving. We had a grand ole time. We had hotdogs, hamburgers, chips. Everybody gave us a bite and no one noticed. Us puppies don't shop so we all gave Mom big ole kisses. I think she liked them best except for Motorheads, his are too sloppy. She seems a little pooped today so me and the gang are going to be good and sleep all day. Happy Mother's Day yesterday to all the mothers in the world.

Got my new harness

We got my new Puppia Harness in the mail today. Mom says it's for when I go to NC to the Meet and Greet. It's a size Large and it's almost too little. She said she may have to hand it down to my little Yorkie sister, Pixie. We got some other stuff for the trip too. I'm really looking forward to it. Mom says she hopes I'm good because lately I've been grouchy. I guess a girl has a right to be grouchy sometimes. Gotta go and get some sleep. Maybe then I won't be so grouchy.

We're Off

I got my wish!!! We are going on a road trip to North Carolina (still don't know what that is) in June. Mom says as many as 50 LWD might be there. Man, I can do some serious butt smelling there!!! We got our rooms reserved and everything. She may enter me in contests like the fastest dog and stuff. I am fast, but I've never raced before. Oh well, Mom says it's just for fun. See Ya'

Meet and Greet

Man am I excited. I heard that I may be going on a road trip to Charlotte, No. Carolina. I don't know where that is, but I want to go. Seems Mom is really interested in going on a weekend trip there in June. I will get to meet and play and almost anything I want with a whole bunch of other LWD's. She's calling tomorrow and see if any rooms are available. I'm sleeping with my paws crossed.
