My family wanted another dog to keep Shinju company. My father decided to get another border collie from the same place we bought Shin from. Ironically, both Shin and Aki had the same grandmother or something, so they were actually related. Aki was one of the three bc pups the pet store had. My dad, brother, and I went to a local pet store to buy supplies for her. We put her in the wagon, but as we driving past the food aisle, she tried to jump out of the cart and tangled herself in her leash. She was actually dangling from the wagon! I was so scared she was going to choke herself. I'm pretty sure my dad would have been pretty upset considering we spent a large amount of money on her. When we took her home, she was so tiny and cute, but Shin didn't really care for her and tried to bite her at first. They got along after that, but Shin continues to show her dominance all the time.
Bio:
Whenever I come home and Aki's still up, she's always the first to greet me by the front door. It's like she knows the sound of my car and will go directly to the door to greet me with happy jump and a doggy kiss. She's so sweet and I always look forward to coming home to see her. She hangs out in whatever room I'm in most of the time, unless my she hears my dad opening up a bag of chips. :)

Today I had to take a bath. I hate taking a bath since I always end up with water in my ears. I'd rather stay dirty, but then again, I look pretty cute afterwards since my fur poofs up. Earlier today, I was just lounging around in my Dogloo and tried to sleep, but SOME people were staring at me and waking me up. I just rolled over and fell back asleep again. The weather's been really bad on Oahu. It's really, really hot!
