Update: 10-21-04 Our hearts are broken today...Phoebe passed on to the bridge. She will always be loved and missed by her family and friends. ----Phoebe was abandoned by her owners in a small enclosure in 2002. It was at least two weeks before anyone rescued her. She was starved for food and affection. Her actual age is unknown, but she is estimated to be at least 14 or 15. Her eyesight, hearing and general sense of place are failing her, but she always lights up when she sees a familiar face. She runs every day and she especially likes to follow her Andy Pandy.
