Arrival Story:
Rosco was found in a school parking lot. He was laying on the ground, dirty and matted. A school teacher found him and thought he was dead. She was kind enough to take him to the vet and groomer and give him a home. However, she and her husband have four dogs and could not take on another.... That's when my darling Rosco came into my life. I love him so much!
