His previous owner, who is friends with Pearl's breeder, felt he would benefit from a home where he could get more attention and have some refined doggie companionship. Lyle was not generally available - but he was offered to me because those who knew them both thought he and Pearl would be happy together...and they are.
Lyle died unexpectedly on April 30, 2007. He was only 3 years old. He is missed and loved.
