Arrival Story:
My husband was in Iraq in 2005. My son and I lived with my mother and her husband, while living there they bought Heidi. This was their second dane and our first. My stepfather had to have some radical surgery and when it was time for us to go home they asked if we would like to take her with us, since I was the one who was home with her all the time and trained her ect. So, my husband came back from Iraq to a new daughter and we have loved her very second.
