Arrival Story:
He was running loose outside the veterinary clinic where I work. I was able to catch him, but had to call Animal Control. Knowing that Chows don't always fare well in shelters, I kept close tabs on him. When I was told he wouldn't be put up for open adoption, I took that to mean he would be put to sleep. Well, I couldn't let that happen, so I took Asa, my male chow, to meet him. Although they didn't become instant friends, they didn't hurt each other either. I decided I'd adopt him. He's a very loving little guy and I'm so happy he's here.
Bio:
I think he's part basset hound as he has very short, stocky front legs.They also turn out, just a tiny bit.
