Leave a bone for ♥Angel Kayleigh Noel

Special Gift Box:

Nicknames: Kay-Jellybean-Schmoo0000p!

Quick Bio:
 Birthday: December 25th 1995
Likes: To lie on my day bed and nap with mama and pops.

Pet-Peeves: Strange cats in my yard!

Favorite Toy: My Squeaky ball

Favorite Food: BBQ Beef Ribs--mmm mmmm

Favorite Walk: The trails at Juniper Lake

Best Tricks: Inviting you to lie down on my bed with me.

Arrival Story: Kayleigh was born then bought in Sempronias, NY, the 3 mo yellow lab "hercules" pup of a huge litter born on Christmas morning 1995. She was too big, too loud, and trying to climb out of the kennel in the middle of a snow storm. A breeder friend drove me and who advised me not to choose this rowdy yellow lab puppy of the litter. But I brought Kayleigh home anyway -- I never had one regret. Kayleigh lived to be 13 years old.

Bio: Everyone loved Kayleigh because she was so well trained, smart, loveable, and fun loving. Kayleigh had a sweet personality, and luckily for me, had a mind of her own. She was my very first true pet and she and I were best of friends. Kayleigh was my heart; loyal and true until the sunny South Carolina Sunday morning that she took her last breath in my arms. Thank you for being my friend Kayleigh, Mama will never forget you.

Thank You Dogster and everyone!!

God's Garden Must Be Beautiful God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be. So He wrapped His arms around you, And whispered, "Come to Me". You didn't deserve what you went through, So He gave you rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He only picks the best. And when I saw you sleeping, So peaceful and free from pain, I could not wish you back To suffer that again.
We love you forever, Sweet Kayleigh!
If I could give you diamonds
for each tear you cried for me.
If I could give you sapphires
for each truth you have helped me see.
If I could give you rubies
for the heartache that you have known
If I could give you pearls
for the wisdom that you have shown.
Then you would have a treasure, doggie-mom,
that would mount up to the skies
That would almost match
the sparkle in your kind and loving eyes.
But I have no pearls, no diamonds,
As I am sure you are well aware
So I will give you gifts more precious
My devotion, love and care.

My sweet baby, Kayleigh, has gone to heaven. Both Rich and I were with her when she took her last breath.
I held Kayleigh close and told her how much I loved her and I would miss her.
I told her to go to heaven, so she would not have to suffer, to just go and be with Jesus.
Kayleigh went quickly and unexpectedly.
Kayleigh was seen for a routine check up for slightly labored breathing and allergies just the week prior.
When her vet got back from vacation, I think she was surprised to hear that she had passed.
Kayleigh died in my arms--now I know-- I would not have wanted it any other way.
We loved her so much, it's so hard, because I loved her so much, but now she is running in the fields and swimming in the lakes once again...
my sweet angel baby, Kayleigh.
Thank you all for your prayers during this past week, your friendship, love, and compassion...all of it...thank you so so so much.
Kayleigh's Mama, ~Rosina~ xo

Hi Everybody!!
Here are some pics of when I had my surgery. Sorry it took me so long to get them on-line. Yup, that's me with my ugly Queen Anne's collar on. Like I woofed, "I don't feel like a queen!!"
I have to thank the wonderful staff at Sandhills Animal Hospital for being so kind to me, and Dr. Bethany for doing the surgery so quickley.
I am walking on my own, and very often, forget that I am disabled, and jump on and off things! It is not a pretty sight, it never goes well. I am feeling like my old self these day for sure, skipping out of the yard the minute mama and pops are not looking!! I'm never gone for long before they come running after me letting me know to get back in our yard!! I know it is wrong, but I've got friends beyond the fence, don't they see, I mean, I do have a life!!
My Gramps and Grammie came and visitted last month and it was wonderful! My Grampie loves my bed, and he could not resist relaxing on it for a while. My dad still curls up with me regularly and we have nice long conversations about the fun we are going to have this fall, camping, and swimming.
Summer is not over yet!! We are having the worst drought in history and the temperatures are still in the 80s and 90s. I miss all my squirrel buddies, who usually hang out in my yard. We leave them water, but they all must have gone back in the woods where it is cooler and there is more food. I was nice and let them eat everything in our garden, but once that was gone, they had move on.
I hope everyone is happy and healthy!! Woof! Woof!
Your Pal, ~Kayleigh Noel~
