Arrival Story:
Daisy and I met in January of 1997. She had been abandoned out in rural Texas, probably because she was pregnant. I found her and her five puppies during some of the coldest days of any Texas winter in 30 years. The puppies didn't even have their eyes open and Daisy was skin and bones. She came right up to me and let me pet her for a while before she led me to her puppies. I brought them all home and we found homes for the puppies when they were old enough. Daisy and I have been together ever since.
