Best Tricks:
I never taught Sasha any tricks. She was such a lady, I could take her anywhere and everywhere with me. She behaved very well around other dogs and was always so calm and sweet

Arrival Story:
I adopted Sasha from the Humane Society in Huntsville Alabama. I was told she was 3 or 4 years old at the time. I had passed her kennel up twice, while meeting different dogs and she whimpered and whined each time I passed her. My kids were very small at that time and Sasha was so skinny and just looked like she had not had a good life at all. I was afraid she might not be good with kids. But I just couldn't help myself from meeting her and giving her a chance. So I asked the staff if I could meet her and they got her out for me and she and I went into the little room for a visit. She was the most gentle sweet girl I had ever met. I inquired about her more and was told she was an owner surrender, that a lady had brought her in and said she couldn't handle her anymore. She even had some vet records with her name on them. I adopted her that day and took her to the vet for a complete check up and to her forever home with my family. Her name was Blue, I guess because she was a blue Doberman, but it did not fit her at all and I really didn't want to continue to call her a name someone that treated her so poorly, and then just tossed her away had given her. I renamed her Sasha.
