Favorite Toy: My Beasball! It's a squeaky soccer ball named after my dog friend Beasley because he has one like it. I love to play soccer with it and fetch it!
Favorite Food: Lowfat vanilla yogurt!!! My vet said it's good for my stomach, and I love eating it and getting it all over my whiskers. Oooh, and I love peanut butter, too!
Favorite Walk: Around my neighborhood on my harness.
Best Tricks: My favorite is Gimme Five. I also know Shake, Down, Sit, Wave, Heel, Follow, Under, Crawl, Through (jump through a hoop), Jump, Donut, Cheerio, Boogie, and Where's Baxter?. Oh, and I know what it means when someone says, "Treat" or "Cookie"!!!
Arrival Story: A lady came to meet me at the breeder's place, and I claimed her for my Mommy right away. She let me sniff her hand and asked me if she could pick me up, and I jumped into her hands. I gave her lots of puppy kisses and turned over to let her rub my belly and showed her what a good boy I am about having my paws, ears, and tail petted. She couldn't resist me, and I got to go home to my new family!
Bio: I was born on December 31, 2006, so I get to have New Year's Eve birthday parties!!

I've been Valentine Tagged by my pawsome pal Buddy!
I need to list 5 wishes for Valentine's Day in my diary and then tag 5 pals who I want to join in the fun. I'll invite them by pmail or by sending them a rosette. Then they can write their own wishes and tag 5 of their pals! And so on, and so on. Lots of wishes, lots of positive thoughts! What could be better? Of course it's all voluntary. Some dogs are awfully busy. But I hope they'll join in.
My 5 wishes for Valentine's Day.
1. That every dog would have a safe, loving home and know that he/she is a good dog! And the same wish for kitties and all animals.
2. That my sweetheart ChiChi knows I love her.
3. That it will be nice weather so I can go on a walk with my mommy.

My friend Cosmo has a wonderful mom who sings him his own very special song, "The Ballad of Cosmo James".
Well, Cosmo's mom has a beautiful singing voice and some of my fellow Fundawgs and I got all swoony and she made up songs for us too. This is mine:

Our sweet Baxter
With heart type butt
You are a handsome mutt

Baxter dog of ours........."
It says, "heart type butt" because I have tan fur on my hind end that is the shape of an upside-down heart. Cosmo James has a right-side-up butt-heart in white fur! Neat, huh?
