Best Tricks:
I'm just learning basic obediance right now. I actually barked to go outside. My momma is sooo proud of me

Arrival Story:
My husband and I went to the Superstition Mtns. for our 20th anniversary. There was a major snowstorm when we left. My niece called a few days later and was crying hysterically. She found four little pups on the side of the highway in a milk crate. The wind was blowing hard and it was like a wind chill of 15 below. She just happened to see us because I think an angel made her look our way.

I think I may have found a home. My mom sent my dawgie page out to someone she knows from church. She read my bio and called and said she wanted me. Her hubby is a little reluctant. But I know she will win him over. She was just in a really bad car accident, lucky she lived. She has trouble using her arm and leg, but my mom said I would be good therapy for her. Plus she lives right down the road so my mom can come and visit me. And they are good people so my mom doesn't have to worry about dog fighting or someone being mean to me. And I can still play with Rip and Caution on playdates. I think I have found my Angel. :)

A Pit Bull's Prayer

I found a home :)

Well, Easter Sunday I went to my new home. Mom couldn't of asked for a better Easter gift or miracle. She was sad and cried all day, waiting for the call so I could go to my new home. Did I mention my momma was sad? Well, we got there and mom thought I would be scared and shy, but no. I laid out on the couch and gave kisses to my new momma. So that made my other mom feel really better. Plus she knows the people, and know that I will be spoiled rotten. My new mom called the next day and I was already making them laugh. I thank God for not letting me freeze on the side of the road, and for my new home. I just have to try and figure out how to get my web page to my new momma. I pray others will be rescued and saved.

Ok my mom thinks I look like a pit bull, but some people say boxer. Could it be both? The vet said a Staffordshire bull terrier. But then again he said could be anything with all the breeds and not knowing my background. If you have a clue please let my mommy know. Guess what? I whimpered yesterday while sitting at the back door. Usually you had to keep an eye on me cuz, I would only sit there for a few seconds before I just went. Also, any suggestions on pet stains on the carpet? I have the runs really bad, and that is hard to clean up off carpet. My mommy doesn't get real mad at me tho. And I am trying. She thinks it is cuz I get into the cat food. She will monitor me though, cuz she says I shouldn't have to poo 10 times a day. My momma says I get smarter everday, and she knows it will be hard for her to give me to someone else to love and cuddle with. Ok everyone have a hoppity Easter.

A Pit Bull's Prayer

Spirit in the sky, who watches over all animals: It is my prayer and my request that you grant greater understanding, and acceptance to humans; those who love us, and those who hate us.
That they will know how loyal we are, how brave we are, and how loving we are. Help them to accept us as a breed in whole, and not let the few tragedies shine brighter then the many great traits that we have.

And those who would kill me, let them know I forgive them even though i don't understand their hatred. And those who would beat me, let them know I still love them, even though it is not the honorable way. Thank you for all the strong traits that you have given to me and my breed. Help those to know that I stand for COURAGE, STRENGTH, LOYALTY AND BRAVERY. And as my master already knows, let those who would come against my family know that I would surely die depending on them.
And just one thing that I would ask; Let my master know, that if you should call me away, that I will wait patiently at those pearly gates until the one who chose me comes home.
