My Mum just couldn't bring herself to tell me about my best friend Buddy....you see, he left for the Bridge....and she just couldn't speak about it out loud....that would make it real.

So, she finally whispered to me yesterday that my friend had made his journey. I am sooo sad....you see, he taught me how not to be an "only child"... :) and even though I am a girl...he taught me to lift me leg!

I spent a lot of time with Buddy and his brother Peanut....my pawrents and I were just in Nashville and I was with them for a few weeks....

My Aunty Pam is very sad, and I wish I was there so I could hug her close and take away her sorrow....

Buddy's smile will be furever etched in my heart.....

River, I know this must be hard for you, especially since you were just there for a visit. It's been a shock to all of us at DC. We will miss Buddy terribly!

I am sorry for your friend buddy . He is with my beloved sister
Crystal and I am sure she will take good care of him
Keep only the sweet and happy memories of your special Buddy and he will be watching you from up above
