Arrival Story:
A month ago (June) or so, I was discussing with my sister-in-law that I wanted a dog. Then, Beagle came to mind. I wanted it so bad but, I would never find one in New York, Boy was I wrong! I bought the sunday newspaper, like she had advise me to and I saw an add of a place in Brooklyn, and I saw they had a website. I linked on and there I saw him for the first time. I hesitated for a while, I wanted to make sure the puppy was registerd and it wasn't from those puppymills my sister -in- law warned me about. So, I emailed one of the staff and they reassured me they had the best puppies. I immediately told my husband and he said "No, no,no!". Well I became sad for a month and I sure enough showed him I was sad, and everyday I went to the website and I kept telling my husband if he felt bad for the pup who didn't have a home and he would reply "No!" Then, came one day, July 15, 2004. The puppy wasn't on the website anymore, it read: BEAGLE SOLD. I was so upset and I was IMing my husband and explaining to him what happened and then my son comes running to me from the next room yelling in excitment,"Mommy, mommy there's a puppy in the living room." I ran and there he was the puppy I wanted for a whole month. My husband gave me a really BIG surprise, My children took full custody, though. LOL!

Our New Puppy's name is Brodie. He was born Feb.28,2004. He came to us July 15, 2004. He is a NAPDR, tri-color beagle. He is growing really fast and learning so much except the training bid...we couldn't be so lucky to have a pup named Brodie-oddie. We love him so much...He really has changed everything for the good. Is it safe to say I'm obsessed with my's like I can't leave him out of my sight as with any mom I get so worried. I have to be with him and if I am not guess who's waiting to see!

Oh man! This is a dogs nightmare, when the people has gotten the FLU!
My mom cannot play, she can't stop coughing and sniffing in my ear and I just have to get away I don't mean to go away but the sneezing and the coughing and the blowing the nose thing. Plus she smells like a burning minty plant! It gets to the point the dog just rather have a flea! Mom, I hope you get better!

Wow for a hour she was really trying to get me to give her the paw but I was not having it. But then she brought out the big one: FOOD. I didn't know what it was at first because I never ate it before but, it sure smelled really good.
So, she said the cammand "SIT" and so I did. I was like come on drop it already but, NOPE. She stood her ground. Then, she kept repeating "GIVE PAW", I looked at her all puzzled. What was she talking about? I wanting it so baaaaaaaaad, hahahaha... I sound like those white fluffy things! Anyaroo, I did itz, I gave her what she wanted my Leg...paw, what ever those humans call it. Boy, that...what was it she called it... yeah...bologna! Mmmmm! that was GOOD!

I went out always. I was walking with dad in the morning and we went our usual route, through the woods and then we went to the dog park and I was so happy. I love to walk and run with dad. We play ball and we just have a dawg good time. Anyway, I ran to fetch this green handball dad bought for me and there I saw HER. This beautiful hot gal...arooooooooooooooooooooooo! Her name was SASHA, ok she was a lab/ mix and a bit older...taller... and heavier but, I loved her she was hot-dog! When I saw she walked through that gate I lost concentration and forgot to get my ball, we played, ran, and I follwed her, I hope I wasn't being a pest? Dad came home and told my mom, wonder what she thought? what a dogteller! I hope I get to see her again. Dang, I hope I didn't forget my ball!
