Boomer's Home!!

Well I am still not sure how to take this. I liked him when I met him, but I dont know I am a little jealous. We play chase for hours and drive mom crazy, but I am not sure about sharing my toys or treats yet. We will see how all this goes.

Waiting to meet my new brother!!

Ok, so I have been hearing mommy talk about this new brother I am getting so I am patiently waiting to meet him. I hope he likes to share my toys, as well as the new ones I have seen mom hide from me in the cabinet especially for his arrival! I also saw and sniffed out those new puppy treats that she thought I did not know about. Boomer will be here in 2 weeks so I am getting prepared for him.

I have spent that last couple of days playing with my doggie cousin Booker, the very energetic Westie that has stayed with us. Wow I hope Boomer has that much energy!! I will let everyone know how our first meeting goes!!

Happy Birthday to me!!

Woof.. Today is my 1st birthday! I am looking forward to the treats mommy is going to give to me today. NOw I am just laying in mommy's lap dreaming of all the goodies. Mommy also keeps telling me that I am getting a new brother for my birthday. WHAT??? A brother? Is mom's lap big enough for 2? I hope she buys extra treats.

Getting a new brother!!!

Hey everyone I am getting a new brother next month! I am pretty excited about it. I wonder if he will take my treats! I will make sure that mommy posts new pics when he arrives.

My new Fence

Wow! Dad has spent the last 3 days building me a fence! He must really love me! It is really cool, I have my own Doggie Door on the way too. How great it that! Then maybe I will not longer potty on Mom's rug which I know she does not like. I will keep you posted on the whole potty training thing!

P.S. Did you see my cat friend Sam? He likes to tease me with his tail and then crawl up on high furniture where I can not get to him! (one of these days)

Mom is Crate training!

Well mom has been crate training me since I got home (or at least she is trying to). Things got a little more serious last night when I discovered that my crate was not such a bad place when Mom puts my cool Kong toy in there with new treats. Wow that was great!!!! So I slept through the night except for a few late night potty breaks (of course Dad got nominated for those). I only had one accident which is much better than the last couple of nights. I think I will continue to give this crate thing a try!!
