So it seems the hair on my ears is getting a bit long. My mother does not seem to like this at all!!They flop into my water bowl,my food bowl and actually she was a tad concerned I might trip over them. As if !!!
I was of course totally unaware that mom had skills in hair trimming...naturally I assumed I would be off to the mysterious groomers with Lucas and Riley. NO!! That was not the case...mom was doing it!! I was to sit still as she came at me with shears from dogie H@$%%. Has she lost her mind?!
Of course my reaction was not appreciated and I got told rather sternly for my liking...I was to sit and stay. For the love of dog...seriously????
All this is going on and nosy Riley, of course has to be right in on the action....ugh
She immediately goes into a sit stay...like the over achieving show off she is. I briefly thought about biting her...however I had bigger fish to fry.
I tried telling my mom I object to this kind of treatment,she of course could careless.
So I was forced to sit and watch in horror as my luxurious locks fell to the floor. I will admit it is nice to not have mom holding my ears up every time my face goes near a bowl. Also dad says I look like a young pup again,always a good thing. Mom did praise me for eventually sitting still. I even got a treat out of it and all kind of kisses,never see me object to either of those two things.
Still I would like a professional hair cut....I want to see the inside of the groomers.
Not only that I think a trim may be in order I have noticed I have some unruly locks...that may need taming.
I am just saying if we are going to freshen me up...it should be done properly!
