i sure do love rasslin', triflin' with that mailman, singin', and some good old-fashioned treats! i also filibuster!!!

Pet-Peeves:
i think that mailman sure is rude! almost every single day he's got the nerve to come up on my porch.... but i always chase him away right quick. he tries to bribe me with milkbones, and i eat 'em, but i still don't like him.

Favorite Toy:
i love anything my older sister, geist, wants to play with. she's got good taste. when i was a little kid i ate myself a whole mess a shoes! boy, did i get in trouble!

Favorite Food:
i love food. i love peanut butter, mulitgrain bread, cheese, stuff like that! i sure do hate vegetables, though. my older sister eats them- yuck!

Favorite Walk:
i like any place with lots of good sniffs. sometimes i have to stand up and walk on my hind legs for a spell to catch one, though.

Best Tricks:
i love to sing! i love to be the silliest, softest, gentlest, rasslin' pup! i love to bounce balls around the house a lot!

Arrival Story:
well, sometimes life is rough. i have a good home now, but when i was real little there were some real nasty people that beat me, starved me, and dumped me at the memphis, tn animal shelter. not too many of us make it out alive even if we're in good shape, let alone 25 lbs. underweight and heartworm positive. i had pretty much given up hope on all people and life. but then mom and dad and my sister drove from pa to memphis to pick me up. a wonderful and kind volunteer at the shelter posted a nice picture of me online and they fell in love with me. when they picked me up they both tried real hard not to cry, because i was in such bad shape. my big sister geist (she's a weimaraner!) immediately let me snuggle against her in the car, even though she's usually pretty shy. well, i was 10 months old then, and it took a full year for me to get heathly and really start to trust anyone fully. i was always worried, didn't like to play very much. but now i love to play and kid around. i feel like a big ole puppy! i have a bunch of friends that come to visit, although i howl when they leave. i hate when they go home, 'cause we're always havin' lots of fun! oh, and i've got 3 cats, too! i love my kitty cats so much. but sometimes ruth (she's the oldest) gets on my nerves. she's bossy!

Bio:
mom and dad thought i had more sparkles (ticking) because in the online shelter photo, well, i did! when i started putting on weight my sparkles moved closer to my tummy, so now i look like a black and tan on one side, and a bluetick on the other. i'm trying to talk mom and dad into getting me a brother, too. they said they'd think about it. but, darn it, i need someone to sing with!
