Butter!! and sausage! and grapes, but only if they're not too cold.

Congressional Cemetary; Roosevelt Island (doggie beach)

Best Tricks:
Sneaking downstairs to counter-surf and look for butter!! when no one is paying attention.

Arrival Story:
Jake was a pound dog; he looked up thru the wire at us and it was all over. He started out as an escape artist, which is probably how he ended up in the pound in the first place. But he always found his way back (or found someone kind to call us to come get him). He's better now (and we have a new higher fence). He is mom's sweetest boy.

Bio:
Before he made it to the pound, Jake was house dog at the Four Seasons. There, he tells us, they fed him butter and sausage, every day. Sometimes twice. Before they let him sleep in the middle of the beds. This boy has a major sense of entitlement.
