Our babies Scarlett and Tara

Tara had back surgery

August 9th 2006. Tara was fine one minute and then the next she stopped walking, rushed to the vet where they performed disk surgery on her, she spent 5 days in ICU, it was the longest 5 days!!! Scarlett really missed her and mooped around. Tara spent her first 2 weeks in a playpen "recovering". By the 3rd week she was up on her feet and trying to walk which was so comforting to us as the thought of her not walking again was just too hard to think of. Week 4 she is almost back to normal, a bit wobbley but progressing well.
