I'm now getting pretty adjusted in my new home. I spent the first two months of my life as a lost puppy with my brother. Then I spent the next two month at a very nice and loving shelter. Until I was finally adopted into a great home.
I get to go on walks everyday...one in the morning and another in the afternoon. At first I was a little unsure of my new surroundings but now it's great to go on a walk.
Last Saturday we went exploring our neighborhood and found some great paths and trails that lead us to a great park. We walked for about an hour or more. That was the longest I've walked before at once and I was pretty tired...it was a little hard for me to walk home. The next day I think my legs were a little sore because I was limping a little, but now I'm ok.
I have also begun to dig and bury all the bones I get in little secret places in the backyard. Sometimes I let my owners watch me hide them because I trust they wont steal any. But I just love to bury bones. I make a little hole and then push all the durt back with my nose. I don't make a big mess in the ground either...but my nose at the end the day is pretty dirty. Woof! BOL
Oh and one more thing. I've discovered how much I love to watch The Dog Whisperer TV show with my owners. I watch so intently and try to learn great tips from Cesar Millan and his pack. Take a look at the pictures in my profile of me in front of the tv...that's what I'm watching.
I'm looking forward to new discoveries. I hope to meet so more puppy pals to play with soon. I've discovered that I love playing with my neighbor dog who is a husky and he's great to play with...always so happy.
Thanks for reading! Bark ~Jack
