 Quick Bio:
Likes: Her big sis Boucher! And her stuffed toys, she has a bunch!

Pet-Peeves: She doesn't like anything new and different, it scares her. And she hates it when I have to wash her feet after she's been out digging in the yard like a bad girl!

Favorite Toy: Her loffa dog, her dudie (she had him when we got her), the jack, the hambuger, the loofa santa, anything that squeaks! She really likes toys!

Favorite Food: I'm not sure. Chloe seems to eat anything.

Best Tricks: She's learning how to play ball. She's really good at bringing it back and dropping it, but needs to work on catching it in the air. She's learning though.

Arrival Story: Pete had just moved out and Boucher was lonely. We were looking for another dog, but had not found one that Boucher clicked with. Chloe (formerly known as Sweet Pea) was living at the kennel and they were helping her then guardian find her a home because his older dog didn't really like her. (Chloe is very lab and very puppy so she would be a bit much for an older dog. I'm surprised Boucher puts up with her as much as she does!) One day when I went to pick up Boucher they asked if we were looking for another dog. I was very hesitant because we didn't not want another female (Boucher is the pack leader and we thought this would cause problems) and we did not want a lab, too high energy. But when I met her, I couldn't say no. The first few weeks where a disaster. Boucher was mean to her and Chloe spent most of her time under the bed hiding from everyone. Dana was gone at the time, but when he came home Boucher's whole attitude changed and she started to be nicer to Chloe. I remember the first day I saw them playing in the backyard. I was happy!! Now, even though I know Chloe can be a bit much at times, I don't know what they would do without each other. We are very lucky that Chloe came into our family.

Bio: We do not know much about Chloe's past, but we think they must have been some bad things in it. She is very skittish and very nervous around new people. She is getting better with new people one on one but if we have a group over she will usually hide in the bedroom the entire time. This makes us sad, but she seems to be getting better so we are hoping that as she gets older she will realize that she is safe with us and come out of her shell more.
