Bio:
tis was wonderful with children and used to wrestle with my sons, she didnt nip or bite and they allgot rough sometimes. she was a great watch dog and always protected us and let us know if anyone was on or near or property.she loved playing with her adopted sister kylah, and would lay down to play with her because tia was large and kylah tiny ,so tia would lay down to be on kylahs level.

on march 1st after the 1st of 2 blizzards, tia accidently got outside off her leash .she got her nose into a slim crack of the door and worked it open ,hit the screen door handle and ran out.she couldn't run in the yard so she ran up the driveway into the street and down half a block to the highway where she was struck and killed.
we looked and looked for her but right after she was hit the snowplow plowed her up into a mound at the side of the road,my oldest son and i looked and looked when a neighbor told us she was hit and at the side of the road. we went to find her hoping against hope she was till alive and could be helped, but we found no sign of her except a patch of blood on the road.we started looking in the area to see if she had crawled off and thats when my son found her fur sticking out of the drift .he dug her out sobbing and we just hugged her and sat crying right at the side of the road.she was gone....
my son carried her home and she was cremated through our vet and wrapped in my youngest sons quilt, with her favorite toy.
we love her and miss her so very much,my youngest son 11,said "don'tcry mom, shes in a better place, where she can run forever and not have anymore pain. u know God has a special place for her! and when we go to heaven we will see her again!"
Tia we LOVE YOU and MISS YOU!
