We wanted to get another dog, but had to be very selective because our dog Pickwick is only 5 lbs. I ran across an ad for Chinese Crested pups and read more about them. They are amazing little dogs and not just hairless. Both hairless and powderpuff (with hair) are in the same litter. We went to see the puppies and fell in love with a little black and white furball.
Bio:
Toby's dad is a hairless Chinese Crested and his mom is a powderpuff. She looked similar to a poodle/terrier.

So my recent visit to the vet - I'm almost finished with my shots. Just one more round to go. And I'm now 5.55 .lbs - I'm already bigger than Pickwick. Mom says I've grown into my little body already and I'm finding new places to explore. My new favorite thing is helping mom with the laundry. I carry socks and t-shirts all over the house.

Arf! My new name is Toby and on Friday I moved in with my new family. I love my new Dad and Mom and my new brother, Pickwick. Pickwick wanted to sniff me a lot and chased me around. Today I figured out that Pickwick is trying to play with me. We had loads of fun today! Pickwick and I chased each other and ran all over the house. Dad and Mom gave me some new toys. I love my chewy rope and my stuffed animals. There are some toys that make noise, but only my people can make them do the noise. I just like to chew on the soft toys. And there is this really fun toy that they call a "Kong". I really like the Kong, but so does Pickwick. We have to learn how to share with each other. I'm okay with that because there is a lot to explore around here.
Well, I'm pooped from all my playing. I'm going to take a little nap so I can get up and play some more!
