Roxy was the only puppy at the rescue shelter that wasn't barking its head off, and when we were looking at her and the other puppies in her cage, she reached her hand out to touch us. Would of broke our hearts if we couldn't have her right then.
Bio:
Roxy is a timid yet social girl and she doesn't like to swim but is total water fiend.
