So much has happened in the past month or so. My grandparents came to see me ( and my human mom too). But I didn't know them and was not comfortable around them, when my human mom had to leave to go to work. SO, they decided to take me outside to P, before they went off for the day and I got scared and ran away. Well it was horrible. My human dad came home from work after my grandma went and called him. He called my human mom and she tried to get off work and her evil boss wouldn't let her. Well she ended up losing her job that day. I was so scared, I ran and ran and ran. My human mom and dad, and grandma and grandpa, looked for me for 9 hours without stopping to eat or anything. Finally my human mom found me, but after that long of being afraid, I really didn't know who she was, so my human dad came in his truck and my human mom was in her truck and they "herded" me home. I ran the pads right off my feet, but my human mom fixed my feet up and now they have healed and I am fine. It was an awful day all around.
Now my human Mom is working part time and is home with me alot. I never leave her side. My grandparents felt really bad about the whole thing, but they were not to blame. Oh well, I guess I will always have issues, but my human parents love me sooooo much. And I love them too!!

Let me tell you about my Human Dad. He has always loved Dogs. He had a little white dog, I believe it was a maltese. It was his bestest friend for a long time. Some fourteen years I hear. He would do everything and go everywhere with my human Dad. They were quite a pair I hear. Then, one day, the little fellow become so ill and he seemed to get worse as time went by. My human Dad had to make the hardest decision he had ever made. He was so sad for so long and thought he could never able to have another friend like him. But thankfully, time does seem to be the cure. My human Mom had talked to my now human Dad about some day having another "best friend". He told her that it would have to be a really special dog. He told her that it would probably happen when they least expected it. Thank goodness it did. My human Mom was driving by the doggie shelter recently and there I was. She called him and said that she had found his new "best friend". He came by the next day and saw me and told her, absolutely, this is the one. I wasn't real sure about the new transition. After a couple days of getting used to each other, I have found a home. My human Dad think's I'm the bestest dog ever. We do all kinds of neat stuff. We go for walks, play in the park and even sit and watch TV together. He looks at me with such careing eyes and I know we'll be the best of friends. He tells me how lucky he is that they have found me. I think I'm pretty lucky too.

My human Mom is back working and it has been difficult for me. But I am more comfortable in my crate now. I still get really really excited when she comes home. My human Dad is always home first and he takes me out and feeds me. We are bonding really good now!!! I still am not crazy about men, but I love my Dad!
Im gaining weight and filling out in all the right spots. Im healthy and look really nice. My human Mom bought me a pretty pink bandana with paw prints all over it. I wear it all the time.
And now my human Mom has joined Weight Watchers, so I get a walk in everyday after she comes home from work and her and Dad eat supper. All 3 of use go walking and I love it. It sure wears me out though. But I have fun sniffing everything!!!
Well my human Mom has to go to work now, so it's time for a treat and the crate. See ya'll later
