I'm a grown-up dog now.
I'm 4 and beyond my playful nature now I'm changing. I still love playing and having fun with kids and my family but now I see the world different.
NO more puppy words and stuff (well, mummy has her momennts).
I have different toys and my family expects a better behaviour from me.
Well, to begin with I dont' jump over the sofas and archairs anymore, just my grandparents bed, my mum's and my auntie's bed.
I spend the evenings with my grandma and in the aisle between the bedrooms and the main entrance of my house.
I'm able to go out with my mum without a lead. She carries it and sometimes I grab it and pull her...well walk her ( LOL!)
I'm a bit more disciplined and I like to go to bed early, 9 or 10 o'clock.
I have other dogs to have fun with but now all of them are growing up as well, so now we discuss about life and their issues: non-fattening dog food, more fiber in or diets, fresh water for these hot days in Mexico, pollution and the environment (the park wherre we go is becoming very dirty!!), grown-up girls and so on...
That's being an adult...it's ok with me but mummy will never think that under my bed there are still some Harry Potter stickers of my album, rags of my puppy blanket and so on...that's our secret!

New Year has given me the opportunity to reflect about my behaviour.
I'm a spoiled rotten dog, I'm loved and cherished, overprotected sometimes and now it's time I give something back to my family, specially my granmum who is ill.
She had a stroke and now she's recovering but very weak while she walks.
All the evenings I take care of her.
I lie down on her bed and give her lots of doggie kisses (she just laughs and shouts to STOP!) and then I look for her hand, kiss it and then she strokes my head and tells me sweet words. we both fall sleep for a while or wacth TV togehter.
Her love for me is great and I know deep in my heart that my company is giving her some comfort and fun.
I'm growing up so I have to take some responsibilities at home and granmum is my very FIRST ONE!
Happy New Year!
