Arrival Story:
Gambit's had a lot of adventures for a puppy. He was adopted from an Animal Control shelter at the age of 12 weeks the day before he was to be put down by a kind woman named Nicole. Nicole couldn't keep him, so she advertised for a home for him. He was adopted by a couple who did not keep an eye on him, because a month after this second adoption he was found wandering the neighborhood by the children of another kind woman named Iris. Iris couldn't keep him, since she already had 2 big dogs. So she took a picture with her digital camera and sent an email around at work, offering him to a good home. One of her coworkers, an absolute sucker named Jen, fell in love with the little puppy face and that was the end of that. Gambit now has a lovely permanent home with a canine sister, and two feline siblings, and a mommy and daddy who love him very much and will NOT let him wander off.
