Arrival Story:
We went to the breeder to pick out a puppy from her litter. I fell in love with her immediately but the rest of my family liked her brother. After playing with the puppies I sat down on a step and she came, curled up on my lap and went to sleep. After that, they all fell in love with her too. In actuality, not only did we choose her, but she chose us.

Bio:
Dalmatians have a rep as being high strung and unmanageable. Dalia is the most patient, loving, loyal dog anyone could imagine. Although I will not deny- she does loves to run! Dalia also takes her reputation as a 'firedog' to heart. If she smells smoke she goes nuts. She will come and find us and bark and whine untill we pay attention to her and she will take us to the smoke and then not leave our side untill it is all gone. She is such a good girl :)
