home away from home

my parents are going on a long trip and we are staying with our grandparents, uncle and cat cousin lyla. this is the first time i've been separated from my family since i was adopted. it will be fun to play with everyone and i hope lyla comes out to play with me soon. don't worry mama-i will have plenty of hugs for you when you come back!

the other day, my papa and my brother went for a walk. we saw a lady with crutches. i was very curious about her knee and i just had to sniff it! she laughed and said, "he knows i had surgery on that knee!" hehehe and i didn't even go to medical school!

walk treat!

it was really warm today so mama took us out for a nice long walk along the east river promenade. i saw a lot of joggers. one man asked to pet me, he rubbed my ears and patted my head-it was great! later on, we played with my kong ball and i got some nice dingo treats-yummy!

life is good

my mama and papa adopted me on 12/16/06 and i have never been happier. you see, my first family gave me up because a new person was allergic to my cuddly fur. i ended up in a shelter and i was so scared. luckily, my parents wanted a new family member and they rescued me. i love being with my new brother. we play together and we share our toys and food. i get all the bellyrubs i want and my favorite treats anytime. i love my new forever family!
