Arrival Story:
Neighbors down my street acquired her and her sister, but obviously didn't want the burden of them. They kept "accidentally" getting out of their back yard. They told me that their intentions were to take them to the pound, but apparently even that was too much of an inconvenience. After a couple of times seeing them out loose (they were only 6 weeks old), I took them in. I found a loving home for the sister, Pinky, and decided to keep Zoey after falling in love with her fat puppy belly.

Bio:
She has anxiety and gets pretty skittish at times. Loves people and other dogs, but sudden noises and movement startle her. She crouches down a lot, like she is expecting something bad to happen (who knows what happened to her before we got her). She is much too mature to get too silly with other dogs, but occasionally will let go and get very playful. She definately likes the attention and doesn't mind giving them a good once-over with her tongue.
