Likes: Lots of love and attention. Pet-Peeves: Petting another dog and not petting her Favorite Food: Cheese and dog bones Favorite Walk: Anywhere around our property Best Tricks: "Talks" when she's really happy to see you Arrival Story: Nona came to us by way of our neighbor who had found her caught on a fence along the backside of his property. She had been dragging a chain and was unable to free herself. We figure that she had been there at least six days with no food or water. She was almost starved to death and very scared of anyone who came near her. She’s slowly gaining weight (likes to run all the time) and has become a happy dog enjoying life with her new family. Bio: On December 7, 2004, Nona jumped the fence and was struck and killed by a driver who never cared enough to stop. During our eight months together, we watched her grow into a happy, well-fed dog who loved to run all the time. We miss her very much!! I've Been On Dogster Since:
