Arrival Story:
Izzie came from a horrendous puppy mill, rescued by the Kerry Foundation. While she was only in caged hell for the first two years of her life -- far luckier than most that languish away for years and never get out -- those two years stripped away her confidence. Anything new is a struggle for her, but once she does it, she overcomes her fear and can do it again. Slowly we are building her confidence back with lots of frequent training and positive reinforcement. Someday she will compete in performance events, hopefully agility because she runs like the wind in her new found freedom.
