Arrival Story:
My family and I got Barney when he was six weeks old from a breeder in Michigan. It turned out that a past Westie of ours was the uncle of Barney which was really cool. Barney was a great friend to have around the house until he died in April of 2005.

Bio:
Barney was diagnosed with Lymphoma in early March. His lymphnodes were size of golf balls. He was doing fine in the first couple of weeks, but then he stopped eating and eventually he even refused to take ice cubes. When he started hiding behind the couch all day long, we knew that he needed to be put down. Barney could barely stand, yet he was still very loving up till the end. Barney will always be in my heart forever.
